《大国建造》全片以“探寻建筑工程的奇迹”为主线，探秘新地标背后“中国制造、中国建造和中国创造”的奇迹。全片共6集，每集45分钟，以《极限挑战》《栋梁之材》《锤炼成器》《稳如磐石》《律动和合》《匠心巧思》，来揭秘新地标的建设故事。
