《城市传说》原名《超能宝贝II》讲述地心超能力能源爆发，昏睡一年后的部分人类拥有了超能力，但没想到的是在超能力的背后竟然隐藏着一个即将毁灭地球的黑暗阴谋。与以往少儿电视剧不同的是，该剧将打破传统少儿电视剧制作理念，剧情设计偏向于成人化，力求培养观众的独立思维，提升观众及演员对亲情、友情的认知能力。
