年代剧《光荣大地》是由巍子主演的抗日战争到解放战争背景下的故事，该剧由曾执导过热播电视剧《爱在苍茫大地》、《师傅》的著名导演齐星执导。整个故事以“水家大院”为背景，讲述了抗日战争到解放战争期间，以水二爷为首的一群敢爱敢恨、不屈不挠的民族英豪，与日本人、国民党、土匪等各派势力誓死抗争的传奇故事。
