方刚（陆斌 饰）、萧佛（蒋健 饰）和沈金明（王劫 饰）是少管所里新来的三位少年犯，方刚持刀伤人，本性不改，萧佛小偷小摸，惹是生非，只有沈金明是一心一意在此改过自新的。一场意外中，方刚谎称自己吞了剪刀，企图找机会逃跑，然而，当他看到冯队长是如何为了救他而费劲了心机后，方刚被感化了。 女记者谢洁心（朱曼芳 饰）察觉到了表面上吊儿郎当的萧佛内心里其实是个非常讲义气的好孩子，她采访了萧佛，挖掘了深藏在他背后的痛苦往事。谢洁心将这些写进了自己的新闻稿中，希望能够向社会发出提醒，她还找来了萧佛的父亲，希望他们父子能够破镜重圆。
本剧由青年导演赵水晶执导，陈辉主演的爆笑剧，此片结合《万万没想到》《屌丝男士》风格，将现实生活中囧人囧事呈现在荧屏之上，把生活中的每一个有意思的人和事，用夸张荒谬的手法进行疯狂自嘲自贱，达到了自娱自乐和娱乐大众的目的。本剧有相亲篇，公交车篇，夫妻篇，家庭篇，街道篇，办公室篇组成，真所谓的躺枪一上线，迷倒一大片。
