《阿甘妙世界》是一出卡通喜剧，主角是住在平凡的虚构城市－艾尔摩镇却非常搞怪有趣的华特森蓝猫一家。大部分的故事围绕着这个家庭的日常生活发展。剧中内容融合现实场景，使用2D及3D绘图技术，少数角色是使用偶戏方式演出。
