《 废柴兄弟》是一部都市职场情景喜剧，由爱奇艺独家出品，尹琪编剧导演、开心麻花的王宁和修睿搭档主演，讲述了一群创业者奋斗的故事。
吴孟达一人同时饰演这两个截然不同的角色，他表示也是想给自己一些新鲜的感觉。之前吴孟达也经常会扮演一些惟惟懦懦、胆小怕事的角色，所以演绎陈青云自然会顺手些。
