Max Minghella饰演Nick，是反乌托邦﹑极权主义之地Gilead的一名守卫，他在领导者Waterford的家中居住，并且为Waterford当司机。他与Offred之间有种连系，不过Offred不确定Nick是否秘密警察的线眼。Ann Dowd饰演Lydia姨，是Red Center的负责人，这地方负责为Gilead输送使女。她会不惜一切地训练使女，让她们够格进入Gilead的精英 - 领导者的家里。
Samira Wiley饰演Moria，是Offred大学时的闺蜜，跟女主一样在Red Center中受训成为使女，而且Moria是Offred对Gilead未推翻美国前的世界，所仅有的连系。Madeline Brewer饰演有坚定信念的Janine，是Offred在Red Center认识的使女同伴，不过她因为受到严厉的惩罚后，正要对现实失去信心。
