桐畑瑞樹（貫地谷しほり）は目の前に置かれた不思議なお菓子を眺めている……。「かんざらし」と言うものらしい。長崎県島原市にはこの「かんざらし」の名店といわれる「銀流」というお店があったのだが、２０年前に閉店。それを今によみがえらせるため、地域おこし協力隊として市に雇われたのが瑞樹だったのだが……。島原市おもてなし課の職員で「銀流」担当になった八田（遠藤憲一）は調子いいばかりで前任者からちゃんと引き継ぎをしていないし、完成しているはずの銀流のリニューアル工事は遅れに遅れているし、市長（前野朋哉）は無理難題ばかり言うし、バイトの舞香（長濱ねる）は腹黒いし、次々に降りかかってくる難題に、瑞樹は右往左往するばかり。果たして、銀流は無事にリニューアルオープンできるのか？
