《天下有情之阿福传》讲述的是农民高小福为了寻找童年时的女友胖丫，一个人闯进大都市，他牢记父亲的教导，不说谎、不自私、不贪财，谨守着别人快乐自己才快乐的信念。然而复杂的现代都市面对淳朴的农村青年却心照不宣，在一系列的冲突、巧遇中闹得笑话百出，最后小福被刁蛮任性的靓女武力看中，成了武家菜的传人。这是一出轻松活泼的都市喜剧，一个美国的“阿甘”讲述着中国故事，饱含人情世态，蕴藏着丰富的人生哲理。
一次“生存游戏” 将沈依琳(杨幂饰)、彭非（陈小春饰)与其他六名同样年轻俊美的男女聚在一起，在电视台主持人及摄影师的带领下前往远离尘世的孤岛。他们彼此陌生、各怀心事，但目的却只有一 个——为了百万美元的巨额奖金。利益驱使他们从登上游船那一刻起便开始针锋相对，但又无法阻止荷尔蒙的分泌，碧海蓝天下暧昧在陌生男女间肆意滋生，却不知危险已经悄悄降临。雄踞东南亚的亿万富豪——OEC集团总裁陈家栋（姜皓文饰）继承父亲的产业，并决心开发位于太平洋爪哇海上一个已经废弃40年之久的小岛。虽然父亲极力阻拦，但是利益熏心的家栋依然发起了一个孤岛探险的比赛。他开出100万元的巨额奖金，引得彭非、沈依琳、小野宏（叶山豪饰）等8名青年男女搭上了前往小岛的游艇。一切看似顺风顺水，游艇却在航行中遭遇了离奇海难，致令8个青年被迫滞留小岛。在这座岛上，他们不仅遭到疯狂野猪的袭击，还发现了一座几成废墟的麻风病人的医院。此后不久，恐怖的事情接连发生，众人陷入一个无法退出的死亡游戏之中。

旅美十年的女作家舒文突然接到其母欧阳琼教授的电话急召回国，在抵达机场意外遇见十八年前的恋人——刘思雨旅英回国，刘亦接到舒母紧急电话，命两人到达当日即赴舒宅与舒母会面。但究竟为何事，两个均不知就里。正心存疑惑，而又旧情在心头隐隐浮现时，舒文的丈夫——周玉轩不期而至，利用舒文思女之情将她带走，舒文见久别女儿晓倩，当日自己竟无法脱身，在自己家中逗留一夜。不料凌晨噩耗传来，舒母当夜心脏病猝发身亡...

It has also proved hugely popular in the US, with the first series reaching an average audience of 6.3m viewers and the first episode drawing in a 28% share - more viewers than the first series of Downton Abbey.
