时空侠作为维护时空秩序的秘密人士，一直隐于暗处。新一代时空侠上官，接到时空局到明朝除去“九头鼠”的任务后，便被误送到战国，与时空接头人西门误打误撞，经历一番番闹剧，总算扶正了荆轲刺秦的历史，来到了明朝。经历草船借箭，锦衣卫夺嫡等时空历险后，曾玩世不恭的上官，也逐渐成长。在最后一站中，上官终于抓到了九头鼠，却发现事实远非想象，这背后牵扯着的西门身世，九头鼠军团等秘密随着上官的历险也逐一浮出水面。
