Hulu 预订成人向校园喜剧《PEN15》，每集三十分钟共十集，由《随性所欲》女星Maya Erskine与《私家法医》女星Anna Konkle共同主创与主演，两人将在剧中演出十三岁的自己。《PEN15》背景设定在 2000 年的某间中学，描述正值发育期的十三岁主角（美国 校园里有个梗，如果被问「你愿不愿意加入pen15俱乐部？」，如果说愿意对方就会恶作剧地把「penis」写在你手上）。
故事由一幢三層唐樓開始，住在頂樓的鰥夫Galen（陳奕迅飾），結識了新搬來住在樓下的一家三口。Terry（Eric Kwok飾）與太太Melena（蔡思韵飾演）表面恩愛，背後卻藏著暗湧。Galen的介入，令三人關係出現變化。同一個月光下，有人擁抱有人離異，有人以為故事經已完結，其實一切都是剛剛開始。
讲述唐朝武德年间，李渊的三个儿子李建成、李世民（苗侨伟饰）、李元吉争夺世子一位，而勾心斗角，互相残杀的故事。翁美玲饰演的秦惜惜，与世民及立志成为天下武功第一的江丰（黄日华饰），闹三角恋爱。惜惜是乡村姑娘，品性纯良，与江丰自小青梅竹马，但江丰专心于武功，令惜惜伤心。惜惜悲痛之下遇两醉汉当街起冲突，得红佛女所救，然后认识了李世民，转投世民怀抱。
