SkyOne宣布续订《#穷友记#Brassic》第三季。

《融和不容易 mixed-ish》原定在《喜新不厌旧》美国时间5月7日「Becoming Bow」一集中以后门试映集登场，不过现在此集将抽起改为在正剧中播出。由Peter mingtian6.com Saji及Kenya Barris执笔的《融和不容易》描述Rainbow Johnson（Tracee Ellis Ross饰）在80年代所过的混合种族生活，Rainbow的父母Paul 及Alicia为了更好的家庭生活而从嬉皮士社区搬到郊区，Rainbow及其姐弟入读了当地主流学校，而他们在此既不够黑亦不够白。
本剧讲述了一个二代农民工侯天明追求美好生活 的故事，通过他在北京和重庆的职场生涯来反映其追求梦想，向往幸福生活的主题，折射城乡差别、留守儿童、留守妇女、空巢老人、回乡创业等当今社会热点话题。该剧主题鲜明，思想积极，具有较强的现实意义，与国家新闻出版广电总局要求的“中国梦”主题电视剧创作方向高度一致，且“农民工进城”、“留守儿童”、“农村空巢社会”为近年来较稀缺的电视剧题材。本剧不是生硬图解“中国梦”，而是从小处着手，展现了在高速发展和变迁的社会中，一个外地草根青年在生活与工作、家庭与职场间所面临的现实困境和两难抉择。
