以南极探险队队长崔道衡(宋康昊饰)为首的6名队员在征服南极的过程中，最小的队员名宰(刘智泰饰)发现了80 年前遇难的英国探险队的一本南极日记，日记中记载的英国探险队同样由6人组成。随着这本南极日记的出现，探险队开始遭遇种种磨难……先是奇怪的疾病、然后是粮食的短缺、接着是一个又一个的意外、队员相继死亡。最终，探险队还是来到了距离南极大陆海岸最远的地点——南纬82度08分，东经54度58分的“不可抵达点”。
